Lovegra jelly is an oral gel solution of sildenafil, used to treat female sexual arousal disorder (FSAD) and female sexual dysfunction (FSD). Lovegra Oral Jelly Side Effects (Sildenafil Citrate 100 mg Jelly for Women)
Lovegra Jelly has similar side effects to other generic sildenafil citrate medications. These symptoms are usually mild to moderate and usually last no more than a few hours. Some of these side effects are more likely to occur at higher doses. The most common side effects of Ajanta Lovegra Jelly include headache, flushing, indigestion, abnormal vision, nasal congestion, back pain, myalgia, nausea, dizziness, and rash, occurring in 2% or more of patients.
Less common side effects that may occur are temporary changes in color vision (such as difficulty distinguishing between blue and green objects or that they have a bluish tinge), eyes that are more sensitive to light, or blurred vision.
In rare cases, patients taking PDE5 inhibitors (such as sildenafil citrate) have reported sudden decrease or loss of vision in one or both eyes. It cannot be determined whether these events are directly related to these drugs, other factors such as high blood pressure or diabetes, or a combination of these factors. If you experience sudden decrease or loss of vision, stop taking PDE5 inhibitors, including Lovegra Oral Jelly, and seek medical attention immediately.
Sudden hearing loss or decline, sometimes accompanied by tinnitus and dizziness, has rarely been reported in people taking PDE5 inhibitors, including Lovegra Jelly (sildenafil citrate). It cannot be determined whether these events are directly related to PDE5 inhibitors, other diseases or medications, other factors, or a combination of factors.
Lovegra jelly and alcohol
Lovegra Jelly (generic sildenafil jelly for women) produced a small reduction in supine and tilted diastolic blood pressure (3.5 mm Hg and 6.1 mm Hg, respectively) in healthy subjects with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 mg/dL.
Lovegra jelly overdose
In studies of healthy volunteers taking a single dose of up to 800 mg of sildenafil citrate (Lovegra oral jelly), adverse effects were similar to those at lower doses but were increased in incidence and severity.
If an overdose occurs, standard supportive measures should be implemented as needed. Renal dialysis is not expected to accelerate clearance because sildenafil is highly bound to plasma proteins and is not excreted in the urine.
Lovegra jelly during pregnancy
Sildenafil citrate has been classified as pregnancy category B by the U.S. FDA.
Lovegra Jelly (Sildenafil Citrate for Women 100 mg Jelly) is not suitable for women during pregnancy. Animal reproduction studies with sildenafil did not demonstrate organogenesis in rats and rabbits at oral doses up to 16 times the maximum recommended human dose (MRHD) of 100 mg/day (mg/m2) and rabbits, respectively. Adverse developmental outcomes at 32×. . No evidence of teratogenicity, embryotoxicity, or fetotoxicity was observed in rats and rabbits receiving up to 200 mg/kg/day during organogenesis.
Lovegra care precautions
Lovegra Jelly (sildenafil jelly for women) is not suitable for use by nursing mothers. There is no information on its secretion into breast milk.
